Having family around for a week was just the best!
It was so nice for the kids to have so much Grandma and Grandpa time.
They made sure to take full advantage of having Uncle Nate around too!
Scott's family also has a German foreign exchange student living with them right now, so he came too.
We also had a lot of fun with him. His name is Joe, which learned how to say very quickly and was always saying it, with a LOT of enthusiasm.
So lucky to have Grandpa to play trains with!
They had no idea I was taking this pic. I had to sneak it because of how priceless this little moment was that those two were having.
We were able to go to Liberty Jail, then stopped for lunch at Chick Fil A. Our favorite.
There was a lot of bowling that happened!
Nate would help Addie push her ball down the lane and it would bang against the bumpers the whole way down. I think she thought the goal was just to get the ball to the end, not try to knock the pins down. She had some cute celebration dances when her ball made it to the end, even though all the pins were left standing.
A lesser known fact about Scott is that he is awesome at bowling!
