She's started figuring out that the people on the screen will interact with her. One of her favorite things to do is get really close to the screen and duck down so they can't see her. She waits for them to say, "Where's Addie?!" and then she pops up into the scream and everyone cheers for her. Addie loves her peek-a-boo.
At our Monday night Family Home Evening we were having a little Easter lesson. For our lesson, we watched President Hinckley's excerpt for "Special Witnesses of Christ." Here's the link if you want to watch the video.
As the prophet was speaking about Christ, Addie was watching so closely. She got right up to the screen and ducked her head down. At which point, she started popping up and down, waiting for President Hinckley to say, "Where's Addie?!"
Our little girl was playing peek-a-boo with the prophet. It was such a sweet moment.
