Utah Trip

Thanks to the beauty of credit card rewards, I was able to get a plane ticket to go back to Utah for a quick visit last week! It was so great to be back. Unfortunately, I couldn't take Scott with me. He had far too much studying to do!

While I was there I just spent every second I could with family. It was a great week to go because my mom was on fall break, so I got to spend the whole weekend with her! I was surprised at how much I got to see all of my family. My little sister, Sarah, that is up at school in Salt Lake was able to be at the house pretty much the whole time I was there, and my brother, Kenny, and his wife, Kari, were over at the house every single night for dinner and games.

One of the nights Kenny and Kari brought over their fondue set and we had chocolate fondue. Yum!
My sisters, Sarah and Sadie enjoying the fondue.
My little brother, Calvin, after chopping up all of the chocolate chips. He was a mess!

While I was in Utah, my family had a baby shower for me. It was a lot of fun. We had the shower at the Ellsworth's house. Thank you Sue, Harold, Laura, Martha, Jamie and Carolynn for all of the work you put in to making the shower so great! There were so many people that came. It was so great to see all of the support that we have. I think it's safe to say that this little girl is going to be very stylish with all of the clothes and things from the shower!

Here's only a small portion of the people that were at the shower.
Here's the people that made the whole shower happen, my mom and Scott's mom.
We have such good moms!
While all of the girls were at the shower, my Dad and the boys went 4-wheeling at the sand dunes. My Dad thought that the Ellsworth boys would also like to get in on that fun, so he invited them along. I was able to see them after their long day of fun at the sand dunes. Needless to say, Scott was a little sad he couldn't go on that trip.
I had such a fun time seeing family and friends, but it was great to get back home to my hubby. Thanks everyone for making the trip so great! I'm already looking forward to the visitors that we'll be getting come Christmas time:)
