Right before we fall asleep at night, baby usually kicks a lot. Scott will always make sure that he feels her kicking and say good night to her. Last night, she wasn't kicking so Scott decided to try coaxing her into kicking. He would jab my stomach, and almost instantly she would kick pretty hard. At first we weren't sure if it was coincidence that her kicks were coming right after Scott's jabs, but after a bunch of jabs followed quickly by kicks we decided that she was definitely responding to her Daddy. You would think that his jabbing would have started her into a kicking frenzy, but she would only kick when Scott would poke at her. It was really funny because you could see her personality coming out. It amazed us at how quickly she would respond to Scott. It was a lot of fun because it was really the first time that we were able to be a family, with the 3 of us all involved.

That is so fun!! It really is a special moment when the Dad can interact with the baby girl in your tummy! I feel bad for Dad's cause they can't feel the baby kick all the time that we do, but it is so fun when they start to interact! Can't wait to meet her in person in just 14 weeks!!!! Hooray!!! But who's counting...oh wait, I am!!!!!!
