After a couple of days with the Clarks, Scott got into town and we went up to visit the Ellsworths.
We kept busy!

We started off with an amazing ward Christmas party that recreated The Polar Express
Seriously, it was incredible!
We went downtown to our favorite frite (fry) stand.
A Belgian man owns and runs it.  We met him a little bit before we moved to Texas.  Scott loves getting the frites that he had on his mission in the Netherlands and loves even more getting to use his Dutch when we stop by!
Addie was quite focused on the frys!
We rode Trax, the choo choo!
Addie loved it, despite the look you see on her face.
We visited Temple Square and made a stop at The Christus statue.
Addie loved seeing Jesus and didn't want to leave his side.
It melted my heart.
We got to show Addie the temple that we were married in!
Ever since Addie has been telling us that she wants to get married in the temple.
Like, right now.
We told her that she has to wait until she's older.
She understand waiting her turn with toys and bathrooms, so she replied, "Ok, wait for my turn to marry in temple."
Okay, Addie.  Let's make sure that turn's not for another 20 years.
Uncle "Ate", Nate, took good care of Addie and kept putting her gloves back on her.
 Then a miracle happened...

Addie gave me a photo shoot!
She never does this, but decided she was in a mood to ham it up!
I especially love Nate's smile in the background!

After we looked at all the "boofull" (beautiful) lights, it was time to go and Addie was getting sick of her stroller.  Dad was happy to oblige with a shoulder ride.
Those 2 took off running through the crowded streets.
It was impossible to get a pic of how cute they were together!
I think Scott had more fun than Addie did.

I am so sad I missed all these events. I don't even know when they happened. I am glad to know that you got a photo shoot with Addie. Those pictures of her at the temple are adorable.
