Kari's New Record!

So, once again, it's bragging time.  Yesterday I went to the BYU track meet to watch my brother's wife, Kari, pole vault.  Every time I watch her do it, I'm amazed.  It's crazy how high up they go and how easy Kari makes it look.  Trust me, Kari makes it look a lot easier than most of the other people at the meet.  She did amazing yesterday!  She sailed over the first few heights on the first attempt, with room to spare as you can see in the video.  This is my first attempt at uploading a video...let's hope it works.  She jumped higher than she's ever jumped before, which was around 13' 10''.  This new jump put Kari at eighth in the nation and gave her the new BYU women's pole vaulting record, which was previously owned by her older sister.  Good job Kari!  We're so excited for you!
