Since we are in the middle of a nasty round of tests that last for a week and a half (gross), us girls decided to leave the boys to their books and we headed down to the beach!
It was the best beach trip I've ever had to Galveston. The beach was deserted, the weather a gorgeous 85 degress, with no humidity, and refreshingly cool water. The babies had a blast!
Both babies would just crawl through the shallow water, splashing all along the way. They were exaggerating their hand movements so that they could make big splashes.
Thanks Amelia, for making sure my baby didn't drown!
In Heaven
We wanted a picture with both kids sitting in the water. Turns out, we were asking too much of them.Jackson: Why on earth would I sit here when I could be playing in the water?!
"I guess this is a safe enough distance."
"Fine, I'll only sit here if I can splatter Addie with mud."
"I'm outta here!"
