Trip to Austin

Last week Scott was super busy with a test every day. As hectic as test week is, I love it because it's always followed by a free weekend where Scott doesn't have to worry about school! This weekend we went to Austin to visit our good friends! It was great to see them. We hadn't all hung out since we lived in Provo. Things have really changed since then as you can see by all of the kids in the picture!

Here's Addie next to Hannah. Addie was born on January 1st and Hannah was born on December 8th, although they were due only 1 day apart. Here you can see the two extremes with a very big baby and a very little baby!

It was so much fun to spend the day with our friends. We were nervous about how Addie would do on her first long car trip, but she did great! We're so glad we were able to make it out so see our friends. Thanks for letting us come!

Here's our cute girl, ready to go to church!

We tried out her Bumbo seat for the first time. She did really well for how old she is, but she's still not quite ready for it. Sorry for the scary red eyes, I couldn't get them to go away.

Moments before this Addie was really upset (we think it's because I ate a lot of chocolate...oops) and we couldn't get her to calm down. She took her in a football hold and gently bounced her up and down. Moments later, the tired girl was zonked out and hanging limply on her Daddy's arm!
