Halloween Wrap-up

Our last Halloween event of the season was the ward Trunk or Treat.

Before we went we got all dressed in our costumes and headed to Chipotle for $2 burritos!

 For weeks Addie has been OBSESSED with Halloween costumes.  She would ask random people at the grocery store what they were being for Halloween.  She'd ask me all day long what her Aunts, Uncles, Grandmas and Grandpas were being.  She was particularly obsessed with what her Aunt Sarah was going to be and would ask anyone who would listen if they knew what her Aunt Sarah was going to be.  She kept telling me that I was going to be Mrs. Potato Head to match our little Mr. Potato Head, but after working on the kids' costumes so much and spending more money than I cared to, Scott and I decided that we weren't going to dress up this year.  This was unacceptable to Addie!  Finally, the night before, we caved and started trying to figure out something we could do for the next day.  That's when the Double-Stuf Oreo was created!

This girl made it out of there with more candy than a human being should ever consume!  We had such a fun Halloween season, but now come the best holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas!
