Sunday mornings minus Dad, that is.
Scott had call all night Saturday, so it was an all girls Sunday morning. Addie gets really sad when Dad's not there in the mornings, so to distract her I asked if she wanted to make pancakes.
"Cupcakes!" she screamed. She doesn't know pancakes, but it sounds a whole lot like another word she's very familiar with, so she was on board with the idea.
She's great at stirring.
And setting the table.
"This milk is heavy!
I need a rest."
"Almost got it!"
She also decided to take over my seat.
And even managed to not get everything syrupy.
The girl really loves her 'dip.'
She almost out eats me with pancakes!
Just after we finished eating pancakes Dad made it home and off to church we went as a whole family. We were so glad he made it home in time to come!
